SHIPPING COSTS

• Monday to Friday: between 10:00 and 20:00 - 10€; between 10:00 and 14:00 - 15€.
• Saturdays: between 10:00 and 14:00 - 15€ (except Madrid City service).

 
WHEN TO PLACE AN ORDER

• For orders to be delivered between Tuesday and Saturday, you can order until 17:00 the day before delivery.
• For orders to be delivered on a Monday, you can order until 11:00 the previous Saturday.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Monday to Friday: between 10:00 and 20:00 or between 10:00 and 14:00.
• Saturdays: before 14:00.

There are NO deliveries on bank holidays. Products will be delivered the day after.

 
SPECIAL DATES

• Mother's Day: Orders will only be delivered within the city of Madrid.
• The rest of Spain and Portugal will only receive deliveries the day before or the day after.
